Ending the year with the M in STEM, “Math”. The students get a taste of what it’s like to shop for gifts on a budget. Using addition and subtraction to figure out the prices and total for the items they buy, students work together in groups to decide what gifts will fit in their budget, so they don’t spend more than they have.
And in DK – 1st grade we review shapes and puzzles.
